President’s Message

​I am honored to be the President of the Texas Midwest Healthcare Executives chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. I joined ACHE in 2010 and became a Fellow in 2012. I have enjoyed being a member of ACHE and an active participant of the TMHE chapter. We have a diverse group of healthcare professionals in our region, which spans over 100 counties of West Texas and includes industries such agriculture, oil and gas, cattle, dairy, and many others. One of the most important segments is of course the healthcare industry. Our region includes several large, tertiary care facilities, rural hospitals, community health centers, rural health clinics, FQHCs, behavioral health providers, academic institutions, medical practices, and others. We are here to represent and provide professional development for leaders in all these healthcare sectors. I am excited to work alongside our wonderful board members towards this endeavor. I encourage you to be involved with our chapter by attending our events, volunteering to serve where needed, and encouraging others to join. Together, we can continue to advance healthcare in our region.
